Independent Review Committee report
The Independent Review Committee (IRC) is responsible for reviewing potential conflicts of interest relating to the funds and providing recommendations to the Manager as to whether a proposed action achieves a fair and reasonable result for the funds.
The Independent Review Committee report is produced on an annual basis and provides details on the IRC and its activities during the preceding year.
